Nominations

Nominations are now closed. Please check back July 2013 for updated nomination information.

Submit the following:

• PDF Nomination form
• Copy of nominee’s resumé (we want people to know they are being nominated)
• One-page description of why you think nominee should be selected. Be as specific as you can, and remember the judges may not know your nominee as well as you do. Please be sure to submit a nomination that will score big points.

The judges will evaluate each nominee using the following criteria; points for each are indicated in parentheses:

• Career achievement to-date (20)
• Commitment to excellence in career (10)
• Leadership within company and/or industry (10)
• Commitment to business growth (10)
• Involvement in community activities (20)
• Leadership in community organizations (10)
